Terms of Service

The terms for using FusionAPI.org.

Last updated: 2026-06-16

These terms govern your use of FusionAPI.org. By using the site you agree to them.

Independent service — not affiliated with OpenRouter

FusionAPI.org is an independent developer tool for testing, comparing, and optimizing multi-model Fusion API calls. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by OpenRouter. "Fusion", "OpenRouter", and model names referenced on the site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and interoperability only.

What the service does

We provide tools — a Playground, a cost calculator, prompt templates, and a benchmark lab — that help you work with the Fusion API. Outputs are generated by third-party AI models routed through OpenRouter and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for verifying any output before relying on it. Nothing here is legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.

Accounts and acceptable use

You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. Don't abuse the service, attempt to break rate limits, resell access, or use it for unlawful or harmful purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Free tier, quotas, and your own key

The free tier includes a limited number of hosted runs per day. You may use your own OpenRouter API key (BYOK) for unlimited runs, in which case usage is billed to your OpenRouter account. We are not responsible for charges incurred on your own key.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans (Pro) are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment provider until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with notice. See our Refund Policy.

Costs

Hosted runs consume our resources and your daily quota. When using your own key, all model/inference costs are charged by OpenRouter to you. Cost estimates shown by the calculator are illustrative, not guarantees.

Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or damages arising from reliance on AI output.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. The "last updated" date reflects the latest version.
