Refund Policy

This policy covers refunds for FusionAPI Pro subscriptions purchased on FusionAPI.org.

Try before you buy

The free tier lets you use every tool (Playground, cost calculator, prompts, and benchmark) before subscribing, and you can use your own OpenRouter key for unlimited runs at any time. We encourage you to try it first.

7-day refund

If FusionAPI Pro isn't right for you, contact us within 7 days of your initial purchase for a full refund of that charge. Refunds are issued to the original payment method through our payment provider and may take a few business days to appear.

Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically. Renewal charges are non-refundable, so cancel before your renewal date if you don't want to be billed again — you keep Pro access until the end of the period you've already paid for. You can cancel anytime from your billing settings.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a chargeback — we can almost always resolve refund requests faster directly.
