Privacy Policy

FusionAPI.org ("we", "us") is an independent developer tool for testing, comparing, and optimizing multi-model Fusion API calls. This policy explains what we collect and how we handle it. By using the site you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

• Account information — if you sign up, your email address and authentication details (handled by our auth provider).
• Waitlist / contact email — if you join the waitlist, we store your email and the source of the signup.
• Your prompts and saved research — questions you run in the Playground and any results you save to your history. Public share links expose only the items you explicitly choose to make public.
• Usage data — basic logs and, if configured, privacy-respecting analytics to understand traffic and improve the product.
• Payment information — if you subscribe, billing is processed by our payment provider (e.g. Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Your OpenRouter API key (BYOK)

If you choose to bring your own OpenRouter API key, it is stored only in your browser (local storage). When you run a request, the key is sent solely to fulfil that request and is never stored in our database or written to our logs. You can remove it at any time from the tool.

How we use information

To operate the tools, run and save your research, provide support, process subscriptions, prevent abuse, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal data.

Third-party services

To provide the service we rely on third parties including OpenRouter (model routing/inference), our hosting/database provider (Cloudflare), our payment provider, and — where configured — an email provider and analytics. Your data is processed by these providers only as needed to run the service.

Data retention

We keep account, waitlist, and saved-research data until you delete it or ask us to. Anonymous run records used for rate-limiting are short-lived.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. You can delete saved research from your account at any time.
